7% discount for loyal customers (starting with the second visit)

7% discount for guests staying for 7 or more nights

Tentative Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, rates (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required.

 

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand serviced apartments are often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on “first come - first served” basis.

 

Down Payment
We accept payments in EEK and EURO. In order to guarantee reservation we ask You to pay a deposit of 1 night stay cost. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or PayPal on our Bookings page. The payment must arrive on our bank account in full. The remaining sum should be paid in cash on arrival during check-in.

You will receive exact payment instructions and details of our bank account with reservation confirmation letter.

You can pay full amount in cash during check-in if you made your reservation less than 10 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than one month before arrival, we will refund your prepayment (transaction costs are paid by beneficiary). In other cases the prepayment will not be refunded.

In case the visitor leaves earlier than planned, we will make re-calculation for actual stay according to the pricelist. The difference in payment will be refunded. In case the visitor stays less than half of planned period, we will also make recalculation for actual stay according to the pricelist, but the visitor will be charged a penalty in amount of one night stay cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed upon by the owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due in cash on your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re-fundable unless agreed by the owner.

 

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates

We have no minimum stay requirement. A one night stay is welcome. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit.

 

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Estonia. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control.

Full details of our bank account will be given at time of booking confirmation.

Notes

On arrival you may be required to provide photographic proof of your identity (e.g. a valid passport or drivers licence); copies may be taken of these for our records.

 

All special requests made via this website cannot be guaranteed, if not confirmed and may incur additional charges.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the apartment must be vacated by 10 am (local time) on the due date of departure. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day’s rental may be charged to you for each additional day’s (or part thereof) occupation.

 

Tallinn City Hotel Serviced Apartments are not adequately suited for disabled people and wheelchairs.

 

A reservation may be cancelled by the owner for any reason, in writing, up to 30 days in advance. In this case the deposit will be refunded in full. If no deposit has been made to secure a reservation, the owner at his discretion can cancel a reservation up to 7 days in advance.
